Kraków Vinyl Tango Marathon De Oro

The Krakow Vinyl Tango Marathon De Oro is a dedicated vinyl-only tango marathon held in the heart of Kraków, Poland, from 6 to 8 November 2026. Every note played during the main milongas spins from real vinyl — more than 286 records — amplified through professional sound systems chosen specifically to capture the warmth and depth that only analogue playback can deliver.

Dancing takes place in a bright, spacious, air-conditioned hall fitted with a wooden parquet floor at 15 Reymont Street, just 20 minutes' walk from Kraków's iconic Main Square. The €170 pass covers all main milongas, a Friday dinner featuring traditional Polish cuisine, two brunches, a Saturday dinner, continuous finger food and snacks throughout, a coffee machine, home-made lemonade, and ample water and tea — so dancers can focus entirely on the music and the embrace.

Organisers maintain a strict 50/50 gender balance and reserve the right to curate the participant list for the best possible social experience. Applications are accepted solo or as couples, with couples given priority. Optional pre-party (Thursday 5 Nov) and after-party (Sunday 8 Nov) milongas are available outside the main pass, played from laptops.
