Beach tango events have a rhythm of their own. You sleep late, you swim, you nap on a towel, and you put your shoes on at ten for a milonga that runs until sunrise. They tend to attract a warmer, more sociable crowd than the strictly-indoor events, and the post-milonga breakfast on the sand is half the appeal.
Most beach events are full-board (hotel + venue + meals) which makes them a smart choice if you're travelling alone — see also our all-in-one-place list.
